EXCHANGES
If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact customer service immediately upon receiving the product.
We do not accept returns on installed or used items (including any accessory or part) for hygiene reasons.
HAUS SQUARE PTE LTD does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.
Please retain record of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is in route back to us. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
During the Holiday season or delay shipment due to Covid-19, we will accept your return within 30 days as long as parcel photo and tracking number of parcel is provided.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order has been processed and paid for, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. In the event of unavailable stock situation, we will liaise with you via email, phone call or WhatsApp to propose an agreeable alternative.
SALE ITEMS
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale & discounted items or items included in a flash sale or online promotion.
CUSTOMISED ITEMS
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customised items included alternation on part of the item.
REFUNDS
Refunds are subject to assessment and approval. You will receive an email, phone call or WhatsApp on the outcome of your request.
All requests take 2-7 business days to process upon reaching our warehouse.
Please note that paid shipping costs and payment charges will not be refunded. We will reimburse any reasonable charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
