RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Purchase Return & Exchange 

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy below for further details and information:

To be eligible for return/exchange of goods, you must send an email to (sales@haussquare.com) within 7 days of goods receipt with attach your original invoice, item (photo of packaging / parcel) you would like to return and reason for return. 

Once your return/exchange is recognised, you will need to return item/s in all original packaging, unworn with tags.

For returns and exchanges are subject to conditions* and must be received in our warehouse within 14 days from purchase date or delivery date (which applicable).

After 14 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Returns and exchange shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.

Product must be in full sellable condition with ALL their original tags and packaging as received including free gifts, warranties, manuals or any other accessories.

Product  need to be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unscratched, undented, unmarked, unaltered, no missing parts, returned as a whole and not broken into parts(if applicable).

Strictly do not offer refunds or exchanges for items on customized, sales or discounted, including items in a flash sale or online promotion.

 

 REFUNDS 

Requests for refunds have to be made within 7 days of receiving your goods and are subject to assessment and approval. Once your request for a refund has been approved, you will be refunded through bank detail provided. 

Point of sale items and items purchased at events/fairs are non-refundable. 

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any payment charges. 

 

HAUS SQUARE PTE LTD reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfil any of the above stated requirements.

HAUS SQUARE PTE LTD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
