SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT

All showroom collections/appointments are at least 3 working day in advance.

International shipping is currently not available.

HAUS SQUARE PTE LTD offers door to door delivery for all local orders. No shipping & delivery method options are available at this times.

You will be able to choose from 2 methods:

  • Standard Delivery (3-14 working days) – Free with min. spend $500
  • Special Request Delivery (Date requested within 30 days from purchase date) – Free with min. spend $500
  • Express Delivery (Within 3 working day) - from $20.00 capped at $50.00*

We also welcome same day orders, or orders that are required to be fulfilled within 24 hours. However, we reserve the right to reject the order due to any unforeseen circumstances. Same day delivery or self-collection is subjected to stock availability. 

Should we be able to fulfil your order, there are still certain points to take note of:

  1. Delivery will be made at any time to our schedule, 5 hours from the time of your order. For example, if you placed your order at 1 pm, we may deliver it any time to our convenience after 6 pm.

  2. Likewise, Self-Collection can be done at any time but must be collect within our showroom business hour. However, please liaise with us before making a trip down to our showroom.

  3. If you require specific date and time delivery, please liaise with us. 

  4. We will contact via contact number given 2 hours before delivery.

  5. If no answer for the phone, delivery will be cancel.

  6. If no answer for door, delivery will be cancel or left at door size

  7.  Redelivery arrangement for failure delivery on first time will be extra charges from $20-$50* for one trip.

  8. Charges for change of delivery date & time for first time will be waived, next changing will charge $20-$50* per trip. weight of item.

Please note: 
Once an order has been shipped out, we are unable to change the address. Please ensure that you have input the correct and accurate delivery address to avoid any delays.
HAUS SQUARE PTE LTD is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect address input.
HAUS SQUARE PTE LTD reserves the rights to reject any redelivery arrangement that do not fulfil any of the above stated requirements.
HAUS SQUARE PTE LTD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

*Shipping & delivery rate:
$20 for 1 trip (maximum dimensions: 700x500x500mm and maximum weight: <20kg)
$30 for 1 trip (maximum dimensions: 1100x800x500mm and maximum weight: <50kg)

$50 for 1 trip (maximum dimensions: 1600x1200x1000mm and maximum weight: <400kg)
